Delivery within Australia
Your order will be delivered by Australia Post using either the Standard or Express postal services. If your order is placed before 3pm (Aus EST time), most often that not it will be delivered the next day. If you place your order before 1pm you will most often receive your order the next day if ordered on Monday through to Thursday as delivery services aren't available on weekends.
Delivery outside Australia
Deliveries outside Australia are made using Express Mail Service. Please click here to contact us if you have any questions regarding international delivery.
Returns and Exchanges
You may return or exchange items purchased from Ragsandthreads (unless otherwise stated on the product page) provided the item be returned in original condition. You must state your intention to return or exchange the item within 7 days of purchase. Please use the link below to request a return or exchange. Please include the reason and details for the return or exchange. Please note that we do require you to cover the return of the item(s) to us. Once we receive your request we will provide you with all the information required to return the item(s).
