Q. What sizes do you carry?
A. We currently carry sizes 8, 10, 12, XS, S, M and L for Women and S, M and L for Men.
Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. If you place your order before 3pm (Aus EST time) you will most often receive your order the next day if ordered on Monday through to Thursday as delivery services aren't available on weekends. You can check out our delivery page by clicking here for more information regarding delivery.
Q. Can I return or exchange my order?
A. You may return or exchange an order for any reason as long as the item has not been "worn" and you return the item within 7 days of your purchase. You may still try the item on, however if you do intend to exchange or return it, please return it in the same condition as you received it, with all remaining tags. Q. Do I have to pay GST if I'm an Australian resident?
A. GST is already included in the price for Australian residents.
Q. I've received an e-mail stating that my order is sold out?
A. While we do our absolute best to insure all items shown on Ragandthreads are in stock, on rare occasions out of stock items are listed as in stock. We can arrange an instant refund or provide credit on another item.
Q. Can I purchase from your store without a credit card?
A. If you do not have a credit card and would like to purchase from Ragsandthreads using your bank account to transfer the payment, please contact us by clicking here to arrange your order.
Q. I'd like to place an order, but I live outside Australia
A. No problem. When you place your order it will automatically be converted into your local currency.
